Among his certifications are NJ Certified Alcoholism and Drug Counselor, National and NJ Certified Prevention Specialist, Trainer for the National Volunteer Training Center in Washington DC, Trainer for the National Interagency Counter Drug Institute, and Trainer for Working with High Risk Children in the Classroom.
John is the recipient of numerous awards for his work. He is the author of The Pond: A small book about making big changes.
